11oz Mug with Highland Cow Silhouette

Welcome to Subliprint101. We hope our online shop offers something a little bit different from the high street stores. Most of the stock is Sublimated in house using various types of hot pressing. We also use heat pressed permanent vinyl on some garments, like t-shirts and hoodies. Modern sublimation and vinyl heat pressing is very durable and long lasting as long as the washing and drying guidelines are followed.

Postage: We aim to keep postage and packaging costs to a minimum. Items will be posted out to within 3 days of the order. Sometimes items will need to be printed on demand. This may cause a short delay but should fall within the 3 day posting period.

We offer a returns service as long as the item is unused, not soiled or altered in any way. A refund will be made when the item has arrived back at Subliprint101 base, your refund will follow. Please allow 14 days for a refund to land back into your bank account.
If the item arrives damaged, you will need to contact the postal service or courier. We will also contact the courier in addition to your call.
We hope you never have the need to complain, however if you are not satisfied with the goods etc, please email petehumphreys111@btinternet.com to speak with us. We aim to resolve complaints without any fuss. Please be aware abusive emails are unnecessary and unacceptable.
