We ship 3-5 days after the order is placed using Royal Mail first class delivery service.
Return Policy
We cannot accept returns of personalised gift unless damage has occurred to any products during the delivery process. We offer a digital proof of all wordart documents before they go to print. Should there be any mis-spelt words or words that you should have included prior to the document after signing off the proof - Eli and Sophie Gifts cannot take responsibility for this ommission.
