Returns & Exchanges Policy

1. Return Timeframe:
You can return your items within 14 days from the date of purchase for a full refund or exchange. After this period, unfortunately, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges.

2. Conditions for Returns:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns and exchanges.

3. How to Return an Item:

If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. You’ll be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error.

4. Refunds:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or product, please follow the same process as a return. If the item is in stock, we will send the new item to you at no extra shipping charge.
