# Return and Refund Policy

### 1. Changed Your Mind? (Cooling-Off Period)

For most items bought online, you have a legal right to change your mind and cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

* **Notification:** You must inform me that you wish to return the item within 14 days of delivery.
* **Return Window:** Once you have notified me, you have a further 14 days to send the product back.

### 2. Faulty or Damaged Goods

I take a lot of pride in the quality of my handmade items, but if your order arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you have strong legal protections:

* **Within 30 Days:** You have the right to reject the item for a full refund.
* **Within 6 Months:** I will attempt to repair or replace the faulty item. If this is not possible, you are entitled to a full or partial refund.

### 3. Non-Returnable Items

Unless they are faulty, the following items cannot be returned:

* Custom-made or personalized products (e.g., items made to specific measurements, custom color combinations, or personalized name bracelets).
* Pierced earrings (these are sealed items that are not suitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons).

### 4. Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a "change of mind" refund, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. You may handle the goods to inspect them as you would in a shop. However, I may reduce your refund if the item's value has been diminished by handling it beyond what is necessary.

### 5. Return Shipping Costs

* **Change of Mind:** You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. I highly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as I cannot process a refund if the item gets lost in the mail.
* **Faulty Items:** If your item is faulty or I sent the wrong product, I will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact me before returning the item so I can arrange to reimburse your postage.

### 6. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:
