Designed by Faye and inspired by a competition from Cygnet Yarns, this cute child’s bolero works up quickly and uses just 1 skein of Cygnet Boho spirit (excludes the teen size). The garment is worked as one piece, sideways on and seamless.
This is a digital product that will be sent out as a PDF document (select language option from the menu) attached in an email, therefore no shipping is required. Both Helen & Faye manage physical establishments in Cambridgeshire & Kent, respectively, and aim to send out PDF documents within 24 hours of purchasing.
Decreases are all made at the neckline, keeping the bottom of the bolero straight and even.
To make the back wider insert extra repeating pattern (Rows 4-6) before and after neck shaping.
To make wider on the front, add extra pattern repeats before decreasing rows.
If you want to make the bolero longer add extra sts to the foundation row, but make sure that they are divisible by 2 (remember you will need 2ch for the turn).
You do not have permission to reproduce or distribute this pattern, whether mechanically, electronically or any other means, including photocopying. You do have permission for items made from any of my patterns to be sold either for charity or personal profit.
