Bowl with Kintsugi Style Filling

The spectacular grain features on this bowl make it a table top talking piece that can be used for snack foods, key storage, loose change or what have you. The well seasoned oak wood has “defects” turned into features by being filled with brass. This creates a similar effect as Kintsugi (the Japanese art of repairing cracked ceramics with gold). Finished in food safe wax buffed to a glossy sheen for easy wipe cleaning. The approximate dimensions are 17.5cm(7″) diameter x 7.5cm(3″) tall. Free delivery to UK address.
