If the photo is to be shared it will be 7 days after you receive it to allow you time to give to the intended person or show case it. If you’d prefer your custom piece, not be photographed, just let me know when ordering.
I only share your information when absolutely necessary, such as with delivery services or payment processors. I will never sell or misuse your data.
Your information is kept only as long as needed to complete your order and meet legal obligations. If you have questions, or would like to request changes or deletion of your data, please contact me directly.

Handmade & Personalised Item Disclaimer
Each item is handmade from scratch and may include slight variations in color, stitching, or placement. These are natural characteristics of handcrafted work and are not considered defects.
Please ensure that all names, dates, and messages provided for embroidery are correct at the time of order. Once production has begun, changes cannot be made, and personalised items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless the mistake is on the seller’s part.
The seller is not responsible for normal wear and tear, improper care, or misuse of the item after purchase. Care instructions will be provided where applicable, and following them will help preserve your handmade piece.

Shipping Policy
All items are handmade to order. Processing time is usually 3-5 days, but personalised pieces may take a little longer — if it is going to take longer it will be mentioned in the product listing.
Orders are shipped via Royal Mail, and tracking will be provided when available. Delivery times vary by location, and once a package is handed over to the postal service, delays are outside of our control.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t be responsible for items sent to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
If your order is delayed or goes missing, let us know and we’ll do our best to help track it down with the carrier. Your happiness means a lot to us, and we’ll always do our best to assist!
Return Policy
Personalised/Custom Orders
Because each personalised item is handmade just for you, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once work has begun.
Please double-check all spelling, dates, and details before placing your order, as embroidery will be stitched exactly as entered.
If a mistake is made by the seller (e.g., wrong name, wrong color, or incorrect design), we’ll gladly remake or refund your order at no extra cost.
Non-Personalised Items
For ready-to-ship or non-customised items, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned at the buyer’s expense. Refunds will be processed once the item is received.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll work with you to provide a replacement or refund.
General Notes
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by the postal service, but we’ll always do our best to help resolve any issues.
