Our products are made to order and we do not always carry ready made items that require Personalisation. We aim to ship the product within 2-5 days of placing your order depending on Quantity and amount of Personalisation. However, where demand for our products is high this may be extended and we will contact you with any delay. All of our products are posted through Royal Mail and 1st class delivery.

Once an order has been placed and any changes to the personalisation have been agreed we will begin making the item. Once the process has started we cannot accept cancellations.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and we will not ship an order if it is not to our high standards of quality.
We will only accept returns if the product has arrived damaged in transit. Please contact us within 48hrs of receipt and supply photographs of the damage. Where possible we will supply a replacement part and if this is not possible we will replace the item.
