The time we need to prepare an order for dispatch varies as all our items are handcrafted by us. For the most up to date and accurate details on processing, dispatch and delivery times please see the individual items / individual product listings as this information will be stated on each listing for each type of product at the time of your purchase.
Normally our processing time / dispatch time from receipt of your order is as follows.
Pinewood Swing Shelves / Rope Shelves, Pinewood Peg Rail / Racks = 15 to 20 working days (3-4 weeks) *
White wood board Swing Shelves / Rope Shelves, Wall Shelves = 7 to 10 working days *
Personalised Baby Coat Hangers = 5 to 7 working days *
Fabric Wall Hanger Artwork & Hair Bow / Scrunchie Holder orders = 7 to 10 working days *
Bunting orders = 7 to 10 working days *
Table Runner orders = 7 to 10 working days *

Delivery (We only deliver within the UK mainland):
*** Please note before ordering - Standard Delivery is via either Evri Parcel Service, Parcelforce or Royal Mail. The current delivery costs are stated below and are also shown on each and every listing. Shipping is to mainland GB postcode addresses only. If you require an item to be delivered to Scottish Highlands & UK Islands or the Channel Islands this will attract an additional shipping fee due to increased carrier costs to these locations, therefore please contact us first to check this before placing your order.
1. The majority of our lighter weight products are dispatched and delivered using Royal Mail, on a 2nd Class postal service as standard. Our heavier & more bulky products such as wooden Swing Shelves / Rope Shelves and Peg Rails are shipped on a Tracked Service using either Royal Mail or dedicated Parcel Couriers such as Evri or Parcelforce.
2. Once your order has been handcrafted and dispatched you will receive an email direct from us informing you that your order has now been dispatched to you. On the actual day of dispatch we will always let you know by email that your product has been made, dispatched and is on its way to you.
3. Please note that Royal Mail & some Parcel Couriers are experiencing some delays in some areas, so please be patient as once your order has been dispatched and handed over to Royal Mail or the Parcel Courier your order is on its way to you.
4. Bunting orders are charged at £1.50 or £1.95 per item (depending upon item weight) for 2nd Class Royal Mail standard post.
5. Table Runner or Tablecloth orders are charged at £2.00 per item for 2nd Class Royal Mail standard post.
6. Handcrafted Wooden Swing Shelves / Rope Shelves & Peg Racks are charged at £5.99 - £9.99 per item and shipped with either Evri or Royal Mail parcels on a 2 - 3 day 'Tracked service' .
7. The larger 2 Tier / Double Handcrafted Wooden Swing Shelf / Rope Shelf are charged at (White board £9.99) and (Pinewood at £11.99) per item and shipped with either Evri or Royal Mail parcels on a 2 - 3 day 'Tracked service' .
8. Fabric Wall Hanging Artwork is charged at £3.95 per item and are shipped with either Evri or Royal Mail parcels on a 2 - 3 day 'Tracked service'.
9. Personalised Baby Coat Hangers are charged at £4.50 per pack and are shipped with either Evri or Royal Mail Parcels on a 2- 3 day 'Tracked service'.

* IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING NORTHERN IRELAND SHIPPING - It is with a heavy heart that from 7th December 2024 Memory Design Gifts cannot ship to Northern Ireland. This is because from 13th December 2024 the EU introduces new GPSR (General Product Safety Regulations) legislation that will also cover Northern Ireland. This new legislation means that businesses selling consumer goods into the EU or Northern Ireland need to appoint an agent within the EU, known as the ‘EU Responsible Person’. These agents come with high annual fees and it is something that we cannot afford as a small family business. At this time there is no method within the MadeMe selling platform for us as MadeMe Sellers to be able to prevent Northern Ireland customers purchasing our products. Unfortunately, as we are no longer legally able to ship to Northern Ireland, if you place an order after 7th December 2024 for delivery to Northern Ireland then we will sadly have to cancel your order and process a full refund back to your original payment. We are extremely sorry that we can no longer supply our lovingly handcrafted products to Northern Ireland, however this GPSR legislation has been agreed between the EU and UK Government and unfortunately, as a small family business we are unable to absorb the additional costs of appointing an agent within the EU.
