Crystals, jewellery, and spell jars... Handmade items may vary slightly in colour, size, and pattern.

Crystals and blends are for well-being and spiritual support only. They are not medical treatment or a substitute for professional advice.
Prices and payment
- Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
- Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe/Made Me.
- Orders are confirmed once payment clears.
Shipping
- UK delivery only.
- Options: Royal Mail Tracked 48 £4.25, Tracked 24 £5.40, free over £50.
- Dispatch time: usually 1–2 working days.
- I’ll send tracking when dispatched. Delivery problems If a parcel is delayed or missing, contact me. I’ll investigate with Royal Mail and keep you updated..
Returns and refunds
- Change of mind: contact me within 14 days of delivery, return within 14 days after that. Items must be unused and in original condition. Buyer pays return postage.
- Faulty or damaged: contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos. I’ll sort a replacement or refund.
- Custom or personalised items: only refundable if faulty.
Cancellations: You can cancel your order before it is dispatched. Once dispatched, please use the returns process above.
Condition of items: Natural stones have inclusions, small pits, and colour variation. Sizes are listed in mm/grams as close as possible.
Safety info for blends. External use only. Patch test first. Keep away from the eyes and children. Not for pregnancy unless stated safe. Stop use if irritation occurs.

Shipping Policy

I ship UK delivery only. No international shipping at the moment.
Delivery options and prices: Royal Mail Tracked 48 £4.25, Royal Mail Tracked 24 £5.40. Free shipping on orders over £50
Handling time: I usually dispatch within 1-2 business days. Busy times may add a day.
Tracking: I will email your tracking once your parcel is dispatched.
Delivery address: Please check your address at checkout. I can't replace items sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Missed deliveries or return to sender: If the parcel is returned to me after a missed delivery window, I can reship once postage is paid again.
Delays and lost parcels: Royal Mail considers a UK parcel lost after 10 working days from the expected delivery date. If that happens, i will investigate and resolve it for you.
Local collection: I do not offer home collections or pickups.
Packing: orders are packed securely and labelled clearly. True to colour, items with size in mm and grams are listed on product pages.

Return Policy

Change of mind
- You can return items within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
- Return postage is paid by the buyer. Keep proof of postage.
- Once I receive and check the item, I’ll refund the item price to your original payment method. Shipping paid at checkout is non‑refundable unless I made a mistake.
