Dipsy Duck is feeling rather flush with her red rosy cheeks. Her temperature is high and is trying to cool down with a cold head water bottle. Poor Dipsy. Why not create Dipsy and gift it someone who may be feeling a little under the weather, it will make them smile.

I created Kassy because of the injured Koalas in the Australian bushfires earlier this year and hope that those that choose to make her will be able to use her for any ideas they may have to help the plight of all koalas and other animals.

Dipsy Duck is made in the traditional style of Amigurumi crochet.

Dipsy Duck is made using a DK wool on a 4mm hook and the finished height is 10″

Materials we have used are:
Yellow DK
Orange DK
1 pair of 10mm eyes
toy stuffing
4mm hook
stitch marker

This pattern is not hard to make: you will need to be familiar with the following techniques
Magic loop/ring
double crochet (dc)
Increase (in)
Invisible Decrease (invdec)
