How does it work?

Simply select the service you require, complete the order and post your curtains to us (you cover this cost and the choice of courier is up to you). Be sure to add an order note detailing how much the curtains are to be shortened by. We will need to know the required finished length of the curtains. For eyelet curtains let us know if you have measured from the top of the curtain or the top of the pole.

Alterations typically take up to two weeks but you will be emailed an estimated completion date once your order is received.

Curtains are returned to you using Royal Mail and the maximum parcel wieight is 10Kg. Please get in touch if your curtains weigh more than 10kg. Maximum compensation for lost or damaged parcels is £75, if you need more than this it can be arranged for an additional cost.

Please note: a tolerance of ±1cm applies, as curtains are measured flat on the work surface and fabric may drop slightly once hung on the pole or track.Environemtal factors can also alter the length of natural fibres.

Prices are based on the width of your curtains when measured flat across the bottom. Prices are per pair of curtains and are applicable for curtains with a drop of up to 300cm.
