I create beautiful handcrafted bags and other related products. I use patterns bought from designers and choose fabrics and hardware to create a unique product. I try to make each product unique and personal. My products are all hand made in my home. I will also create custom orders, if you see something you like but would prefer a different colour/fabric combination please message me for more information. Custom orders may take a minimum of 2 weeks to create if fabric has to be ordered in.

Terms and Conditions
Please contact me if you have any problems with your order. Custom orders require a £20 non-refundable deposit which is used to purchase materials hence why it is non-refundable. Once complete, custom orders can only be returned if found faulty. Exchange may be arranged in certain circumstances.
Shipping Policy
I aim to send out ready to post items within 2-3 working days.
Custom items are usually dispatched within 2 weeks of order and deposit being received (dependent on availability of materials needed). I will notify you of dispatch.
Return Policy
I gladly accept returns and exchanges.
Please contact me within 14 days of delivery.
Dispatch items back within 30 days of delivery.
Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return postage cost.
If the item is not returned in its original condition the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
