When you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirming we’ve received it. Your order is accepted once payment is processed and we send a dispatch confirmation.
For personalised or made‑to‑order items, please double‑check spellings and details — we create exactly what you submit.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices are shown in GBP and include applicable taxes.
Payment is taken at checkout through our secure payment provider. We never store your card details.
4. Shipping
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days where premade items are purchased. Bespoke items will take longer however I will be sure to confirm expectations at point of sale.
Delivery times vary depending on the service selected at checkout.
Once your order has been handed to the courier, delays outside our control (weather, strikes, busy periods) may occur.
5. Returns & Refunds
Our full Returns Policy applies. In short:
You have a 14‑day cooling‑off period for change‑of‑mind returns (excludes personalised, custom, made‑to‑order, digital, and perishable items).
Faulty or incorrect items will be refunded, repaired, or replaced in line with UK consumer law.
Return postage for change‑of‑mind returns is the customer’s responsibility.
