Discounts, offers and promotional codes
All discount, offer and promotional codes are applied to the value of the order in which they’re used, excluding delivery costs and are subject to our general Terms and Conditions.
The offer code must be entered in to the Discount Code field on the Shopping Bag page and applied for the discount to be deducted from that order.
Discounts will not be retrospectively added to an order already submitted.
Unless stated otherwise, discounts cannot be combined and only one offer can be applied to any order.
Gift cards are excluded from any discount, offer or promotional code.
Items already reduced in price, displaying a ‘Was’ and ‘Now’ price are also excluded from discount offers.
Items supplied by one of our partner designers may be excluded from discount offers from time to time – please make sure you check the final total and discount applied before completing checkout.
Discounts, offers and promotional codes can be amended or withdrawn at any time.

Buying from outside the UK:
Following the UK leaving the EU on 31 December 2020, any purchase from a country outside the UK will class as an import when it arrives in the country it's sent to - this means that couriers and customs are able to charge import fees, taxes and duties (we don't like them either). These are different in each country and will also depend on what you order. We hate to be the bearer of bad news, but you will be responsible for any of these costs. We recommend taking a look at your country's customs website to find out more about these charges. If you have any concerns or questions about this, please get in touch with us before placing your order.
Return Policy
We pride ourselves on delivering top quality prints and greetings cards to you every time, but we know people change their minds. If you’ve ordered a standard design print or greetings card and it’s still in a resalable condition, get in touch with us to arrange a return and exchange or refund. Due to their nature, if you’ve ordered a personalised product, these cannot be returned. Digital downloads also can’t be refunded once they’ve been purchased.
As amazing and reliable as our posties can be, occasionally our prints and cards can have a bumpy ride on their way to you. If you receive your order and you’re not 100% happy with its quality and condition, please get in touch. We’ll ask you to send us a photo of the damaged item before arranging a replacement to be sent out to you as quickly as humanly possible.
Any refunds will be made back to the original payment method.
