Shipping Policy
All items are made to order so please allow 2-3 days for this. Products will then be posted out with Royal Mail by 2nd Class post. Proof of posting will be obtained. Please allow extra time for your orders to arrive during busy holiday periods. Items vary in shipping costs but for multiple purchases you will charged a maximum fee of £3.50 per order. This is for 2nd Class postage.
Return Policy
Returns will only be accepted if the item is faulty. As most items are personalised they will not be able to be refunded once they have been made. Please contact me if there are any problems with your order, I will do my best to make things right if I can.
