Growing Romper – Made to Order

If you wish to return an item which is not made to order then this can be arranged. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of goods to arrange the return. We recommend you use a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage when returning an item, in line with how we will send the goods ourselves. Please note that you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the product. Once we receive the item we will process the refund directly to your payment card, provided that the item arrives with us undamaged and in a resaleable condition.
Unfortunately some items are non-refundable and in line with our business anything that’s made to your specific requirements cannot be resold due to its bespoke element. In this case we will not be able to process and return. To avoid disappointment, please carefully check whether an item is refundable prior to placing an order and include measurements where unsure on size options. A refund will be offered if there is a fault with the item if raised within 7 days of receiving the item and item is returned within 14 days.
