An original hand printed card showing Burton Agnes Hall in East Yorkshire. The card is blank inside so would be suitable for a New home card, birthday card, thank you card, or for any occasion.
My inspiration for this card came from visits to Burton Agnes Hall and gardens in East Yorkshire which is just a few miles from our home in the Yorkshire wolds.
This is an original hand printed card not a reproduction and is signed by me, Fiona Nixon printmaker and artist. I printed the card in my home studio in the Yorkshire wolds, from my hand cut lino block using a rich chestnut brown ink onto 260gsm quality white card.
My cards come with a matching white envelope and are wrapped and packaged in plastic free packaging which can be fully recycled.
This card measures 6″x6″
I also have available in my Mademe shop some original limited edition lino prints of this design.

I am a printmaker based in the Yorkshire Wolds in East Yorkshire, surrounded by beautiful countryside and the nature within it which is the main inspiration in my work.
I am an artist and printmaker specialising in Linocut / Lino print. I work from my home studio in Yorkshire accompanied by our 2 dogs: Coco (a working Cocker spaniel) and Kira ( our elderly Retriever, Collie cross rescue dog).
I love walking in the local countryside where I sketch from nature and then later translate my sketches into designs for my Linocut prints. All my prints are originals, hand printed using environmentally friendly Caligo safe wash inks onto archival Fabriano Unica printmaking paper, using my small relief printing press.
I try to keep my order packaging as environmentally friendly as possible and so use plastic free cardboard and paper packaging.
