Free delivery to all UK mainland addresses.
Delivery Times
Please allow 3 to 5 working days to process your order. All items are made to the specification requested on ordering.
All items will be posted using Royal Mail services.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you to inform you of the reason for the delay.
Missing, Lost or Damaged Items
Please contact the us to report missing items from your order and any damages found upon delivery immediately. We will work with you to rectify the issue as soon as possible.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your bracelet or charm, we’re here to help.

Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it unless it is a custom made order. Please ensure you contact us to let us know you wish to return your item within 14 days.

Custom made orders are not eligible for returns and include any bespoke order specifically made for yourself or personalised items unless faulty.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Shipping for returned items.
The cost of shipping to return your item will be paid by yourself unless the item is proven to be faulty. The item needs to be returned within 14 days of your notification to return the item.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
