☆ DID YOU KNOW ☆
Ladybirds (or ladybugs/lady beetles) are beneficial beetles known for eating pests like aphids, coming in various colours (not just red), and having unique defenses like secreting foul-tasting fluid when threatened. They are beetles, not bugs, undergo metamorphosis (egg, larva, pupa, adult), and their bright colours often warn predators they taste bad. With over 5,000 species, they’re seen as good luck and play vital roles in gardens.

My name is Deb and I started jewellery making back in 2010 as a way of coping after losing my Dad. After doing it as a hobby for 3 years, i decided to register as self employed. And the rest is history.
Privacy Policy
I value your privacy. If you place an order with me, your name and address will only be used for delivery and retained for accounting purposes. I will never sell or share your details with anyone else.
As legally required by HMRC, I retain accounting records for the purpose of tax and compliance purposes.
Terms and Conditions
All payments are made securely by card. I’ll dispatch your order once the payment has cleared — just to keep things safe and straightforward for both of us.
Shipping Policy
Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. While delivery is usually within 2–3 working days from dispatch, I can’t guarantee exact dates, as delays can occasionally happen.
Once an item has been dispatched, delivery times are out of my control and may be affected by Royal Mail delays, strikes, busy periods, or other unforeseen issues.
If you haven’t received your parcel within 10 working days, please get in touch.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery in line with your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This excludes custom or bespoke orders, or where otherwise stated.
Items must be returned in their original condition, and return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and checked. Please allow up to 14 days during busy periods.
If an item is returned in a condition that shows it has been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it (for example, more than you would in a shop), I reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from your refund to reflect any loss in value.
If you’d like to return an item, please get in touch first to arrange the return.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and provide a photo of the issue. If the item has been damaged in transit, please also retain the packaging and provide a photo of that too. I’ll do my very best to resolve the situation promptly, whether that’s a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
