Shipping Information – In order to keep costs low all shipping prices quoted are for standard shipping. This mean no tracking information is available. If you require tracking service this will incur an additional cost which I can quote on request when given the destination. Delivery within the UK should take approx 4 working days from date of shipping and outside the UK it can take up to 10-15 working days. This is only a guideline as I am not in control of delivery once given to Royal Mail. Delays can happen that are outside our control, ie Customs, weather etc No responsibility will be taken for items lost or delay in the post.

Refunds – If some reason you are not satisfied with my item I will except returned items as long as they are in the same condition as sent. Cost of returned items will be the responsibility of the customer. Full refund for the cost of the item will be given only, not for the original postage cost that was incurred for sending the item.
