Memory keepsake Plantable Wildflower Heart (set of 10)

Here I have these lovely keepsakes to remember a special person or a loved one. these are plantable wildflower seeded paper hearts on printed recycled Kraft paper. The idea behind these is to place on on the seat with the order of service then plant in the garden and you will have some lovely flowers appear to remember that special person by.
