Handcrafted Pine Swing Shelf which is approximately 60cm (24inches) in length and 20cm (8 inches) wide which comes complete with a natural Pinewood Hanging Clothes Rail option and a choice of seven different rope colours that will suit any nursery or bedroom. Our shelves are designed and lovingly handcrafted from premium quality pine by us in Northumberland and are truly ‘BRITISH HANDMADE’.

This wider Pine Swing/Rope Shelf is 200mm (20cm/8 inches) wide and is 600mm (60cm/24 inches) in length, these extra wide Pine shelves provide you with a much greater display area than other Pine Swing/Rope shelves on the market. We have designed this shelf with space and versatility in mind, you have the option to purchase this shelf with or without the clothes hanging rail and in a choice of 7 rope colours.

These gorgeous Nordic style swing shelves are perfect for displaying your precious ones toys, books, prints and accessories and the Hanging Clothes Rail also allows you to hang and display their beautiful clothes. Ideal for small nurseries where space is restrictive or simply for displaying your precious ones super cute outfits. The shelves are accentuated with a combination of 18 wooden beads in different shapes and sizes and is further enhanced with the all important pinewood clothes hanging rail. The option without the Hanging Rail is accentuated with a combination of 12 wooden beads.

Each shelf is carefully prepared, sanded and coated using a high quality furniture beeswax which protects the timber and also enhances the various colours of the wood grain. The shelf is strung with 6mm thick rope that is hung vertically from 2 hooks.

These handcrafted shelves are made from premium quality natural Pine which means that each shelf will have its own wood characteristics such as shading, grain, knots. This makes each shelf truly unique with its own individuality. This shelf will quickly and easily enhance any nursery or bedroom and also makes a perfect gift for parents to be, new parents and baby showers and will last year after year. Shelf with Hanging Rail
This shelf is enhanced with a total of 18 decorative wooden beads. In each corner of the shelf there is 1 x 25mm round wooden bead, 1 x 20mm polyhedron wooden bead and 1 x 20mm round wooden bead above the shelf. Between the shelf and the hanging rail there are a further 3 x 20mm round wooden beads at each side.

Shelf without Hanging Rail
This shelf is enhanced with a total of 12 decorative wooden beads. In each corner of the shelf there is 1 x 25mm round wooden bead, 1 x 20mm polyhedron wooden bead and 1 x 20mm round wooden bead above the shelf.

Key Information to note before purchasing:-
* Pine timber is a natural material – variations in knots, colour, shading and grain should be expected – They are not defects.
* The shelves are delivered ready assembled and can be easily hung onto a suitable wall fixing (fixings not included). It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the shelves are installed safely by a competent person. It is best to put your items on the shelf first before you hang clothing on the hanging rail, this will help counter balance the shelf when you add lightweight clothing to the rail.
* Please note these shelves are not suitable for heavy objects. Please ensure the shelf is hung out of the reach of children and that heavy clothing is not hung on the hanging rail. If too much clothing / heavy clothing is hung on the rail it is possible that this may make the shelf tilt forward, if this happens simply reduce the amount of clothing on the hanging rail & relevel the shelf. This shelf & rail is designed for lightweight nursery items & lightweight clothing as shown in the listing photographs.
* Standard Delivery is via Evri Parcel Service or Royal Mail and is charged at £5.99 per item. Shipping is to mainland GB postcode addresses only. If you require this item to be delivered to Scottish Highlands & UK Islands or the Channel Islands this will attract an additional shipping fee, please contact us to check this before placing your order.

* IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING NORTHERN IRELAND SHIPPING – It is with a heavy heart that from 7th December 2024 Memory Design Gifts cannot ship to Northern Ireland. This is because from 13th December 2024 the EU introduces new GPSR (General Product Safety Regulations) legislation that will also cover Northern Ireland. This new legislation means that businesses selling consumer goods into the EU or Northern Ireland need to appoint an agent within the EU, known as the ‘EU Responsible Person’. These agents come with high annual fees and it is something that we cannot afford as a small family business. At this time there is no method within the MadeMe selling platform for us as MadeMe Sellers to be able to prevent Northern Ireland customers purchasing our products. Unfortunately, as we are no longer legally able to ship to Northern Ireland, if you place an order after 7th December 2024 for delivery to Northern Ireland then we will sadly have to cancel your order and process a full refund back to your original payment.
