Hi im jan of the hobbit house ( previously kraftz by jan)and I’ve spent a lot of years perfecting many crafts but I had to stop somewhere so I concentrate now on bespoke greeting cards, wedding invitations and more recently back to hand knits for babies.
I love what I do, as a recent widow this now takes up all my time and energy and has been great therapy for me.

Please note: as with all individually hand made items there will often be slight differences between the same items even if part of a set.
Resin is a wonderful medium and i thoroughly enjoy letting my creative side take over, but as the process involves a chemical reaction the finished item colours or patterns take a life on of their own and this should be embraced as to the uniqueness of each piece.sadly i have had to stop working with resin due to an allergy.
Shipping Policy
I always try to use recycled materials where possible. Shipping is arranged by post or courier depending on size.
Return Policy
Any faults or damages discovered on arrival should be notified within 24 hours and returns arranged within 7 days. If damaged in transit please give as much info as possible which I can then pass on to courier. All items to be returned and recieved by me to initiate a refund of retail price.
