IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING
* Please ensure that you provide us with the correct spelling for your chosen names as each clothes hanger will be crafted exactly as the text supplied in the personalisation instructions box.
* Depending upon number of letters in your chosen name this will determine the size of the text that can be used on your clothes hanger. Maximum number of letters for each name to fit on the clothes hanger is 10. If you require more than 10 letters for each name then please contact us prior to ordering.
* All names will be spelt with a capital letter at the beginning followed by lower case lettering as shown in the listing photographs.
* Due to the way our clothes hangers are crafted, we cannot always guarantee that the woodgrain will match where the two sections join in the middle. Also some clothes hangers may have a thin jointing line where the two sections of wood join in the middle. By purchasing our personalised clothes hangers you are acknowledging and accepting this may be possible.
* The price is for the personalised clothes hangers only. All other items included in the images are for decoration and photographic purposes only.
* These clothes hangers are not a toy and have small parts therefore they should be kept out of the reach of children.

* IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING NORTHERN IRELAND SHIPPING – It is with a heavy heart that from 7th December 2024 Memory Design Gifts cannot ship to Northern Ireland. This is because from 13th December 2024 the EU introduces new GPSR (General Product Safety Regulations) legislation that will also cover Northern Ireland. This new legislation means that businesses selling consumer goods into the EU or Northern Ireland need to appoint an agent within the EU, known as the ‘EU Responsible Person’. These agents come with high annual fees and it is something that we cannot afford as a small family business. At this time there is no method within the MadeMe selling platform for us as MadeMe Sellers to be able to prevent Northern Ireland customers purchasing our products. Unfortunately, as we are no longer legally able to ship to Northern Ireland, if you place an order after 7th December 2024 for delivery to Northern Ireland then we will sadly have to cancel your order and process a full refund back to your original payment. We are extremely sorry that we can no longer supply our lovingly handcrafted products to Northern Ireland, however this GPSR legislation has been agreed between the EU and UK Government and unfortunately, as a small family business we are unable to absorb the additional costs of appointing an agent within the EU.
