Better scent throw from a candle wax burner rather than electric one.
Always burn in a 10cm burner not a smaller oil burner.
4hr tea light candle must be used not an 8hr. Never mix 2 scents together as you may cause a combustion.

I make these wax melts by hand and that takes time once made take time to cure(oils to settle in the wax). Most of my melts are made to order.

Shipping Policy
Here at Cleishy Scents i aim to dispatch all orders from the web page - https://mademe.co.uk/shop/cleishy-scents/ in 3- 5 working days.
Just remember they are all made by hand by me. Sometimes I need to make your order up and let it cure (when the wax and fragrance blend together better)
If you have contacted me in regards to a custom made item, this will have it's own turnaround time and will be discussed with you at time of order.
I use Royal Mail for my parcels these are sent at buyer's own risk.
Signed For postage (£4.50) is available for orders up to £50 and is the option that we recommend.
I can post 2nd class, parcels usually arrive within 3-5 working days longer than 1st but during busy times they can take up to 10 working days.
Any orders over £50 will go via Hermes, these parcels are usually delivered within 1-2 business days of being dispatched.
I do obtain proof of postage for all standard parcels and will be happy to share these with you if your parcel hasn't arrived after 5 working days from the date of your dispatch email. Tracking numbers for Signed For or Hermes parcels are added to your order at time of dispatch, so please check your emails.
Our responsibility of the parcel ends once it has been delivered, in the unlikely event your parcel is stolen you will need to log this with your local authority and make a claim with the postal company yourself.
Please check the contents of your parcel(s) within 24 hours for breakages, missing/incorrect items etc. This is rare but i am human, and sometimes I can make an error.

Return Policy
Returns are accepted for 14 days from the dispatch date. They must be returned in the condition they were sent to you. Return postage is at your own cost, and any damages to the items will be billed to you. Custom items are non-refundable.
If the product is faulty, a refund will be given via the original payment method. If the product is fit for purpose but you simply had a change of heart, a refund will be given as store credit minus a 25p handling and restocking fee per item.
Unfortunately due to the fragile nature of the items, some wax melts may get slightly broken during transit. I do package them as well as i can therefore these breakages will not be replaced or refunded. However if your parcel arrives significantly damaged, please contact me and i will do my best to help.
Any reduced/sale items are also non-refundable.
