Please check all photographs carefully to ensure you are happy with the item before making a purchase. For premade sales, the item photographed is the exact item you will recieve. Further photographs may be provided upon request.
Custom orders require a non-refundable 25% deposit to cover initial material costs. The finished item will be sent, after the buyer has confirmed they are happy with the result and full payment is received. I am a small hobby business so the timeframe for custom orders will vary depending on my availability, and the size of the project. The expected timeframe for your order will be discussed before the order is confirmed and deposit paid.
Shipping Policy
I aim to dispatch items within 5 working days. If this is not possible I will always let you know.
If you need the item sooner, please contact me prior to purchase to see if this is possible.
Return Policy
Returns accepted for faulty items only.
I am a very small scale hobby business and every effort is made to thoroughly and correctly represent items for sale, with further photographic evidence of the condition of the item taken at the time of packaging.
Notification of a return must be made within 48 hours of receipt of the item and include evidence of the issue. This will allow me to see if any other resolution can be reached.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
In the unlikely event of damage occurring to items during transit, this must be taken up with the courier service.
