All payments are made securely by card. I’ll dispatch your order once the payment has cleared — just to keep things safe and straightforward for both of us.
Shipping Policy
Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. While delivery is usually within 2–3 working days from dispatch, I can’t guarantee exact dates, as delays can occasionally happen.
Once an item has been dispatched, delivery times are out of my control and may be affected by Royal Mail delays, strikes, busy periods, or other unforeseen issues.
If you haven’t received your parcel within 10 working days, please get in touch.
Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery in line with your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This excludes custom or bespoke orders, or where otherwise stated.
Items must be returned in their original condition, and return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and checked. Please allow up to 14 days during busy periods.
If an item is returned in a condition that shows it has been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it (for example, more than you would in a shop), I reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from your refund to reflect any loss in value.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and provide a photo of the issue. If the item has been damaged in transit, please also retain the packaging and provide a photo of that too. I’ll do my very best to resolve the situation promptly, whether that’s a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
