By law you can cancel your order up to 14 days after your order is delivered, except for earrings which are non-returnable. .This does not apply to items custom-made specifically for you. If you wish to return your goods, please contact me at Shaz@gmail.co.uk or via the Mademe messaging provision to let me know. You are responsible for the return postage, and the parcel until it is received in the same condition, and in the same packaging, as it was sent out. For that reason I suggest you have the package tracked and insured. Once I have received it, and checked that it is still in new condition, I will refund you.
Items that are being made specially for you are not refundable. However, if you change your mind within 24hours, and contact me in that timescale I will refund you less any costs I have already incurred. If you want to make alterations to a design being made for you please contact me as soon as you place the order or as soon after as possible. If these alterations require additional work whether because work has already started on the piece, or because of what's involved in the alterations, there may be an additional charge.
