❤️ This full-colour print features an original mixed media artwork I produced as part of a set celebrating the lives of ordinary working people during and post WW2 in Britain. The original work is a multi-layered piece incorporating collaged printed papers, painting and drawing as well as image transfer techniques. Each element of the composition represents the environment, thoughts and feelings of the time and the bright and cheerful colour palette suits a broad spectrum of interiors.

The design is printed to be as true as possible in crisp and vibrant lightfast inks. However, please bear in mind that the colours of the printed item may differ a little from those that appear on your computer monitor.

FRAMING AND DISPLAY

We are unable to provide frames but the pictures in our showcase gallery illustrate how the print may look in a room setting.

Plain black, white or bare wood frames look best and the colours can be further enhanced by using frames that are glazed. Our designs are made to fit standard A-size frames widely available in most home-ware outlets.

However, due to the high-quality print results on smooth but thick satin photo paper, our prints also look great in simple magnetic print hangers too or even just plain bulldog clips!

Please take care to display your print in areas that are warm and dry and away from any damp spots where possible. If displaying in a bathroom or kitchen; ensure that the picture is not close to water or heat sources e.g. directly above the cooker or next to a shower unit where it can be splashed with water.
