Sharing
We may share necessary information with payment processors, website/hosting providers, couriers, IT providers, professional advisers, fraud-prevention providers and public authorities where legally required. Providers should receive only information reasonably necessary for their role.

Marketing
Marketing communications will provide a way to opt out. Service communications relating to an order are not marketing and may still be sent where necessary.

Terms and Conditions
Terms & Conditions of Sale
These Terms govern purchases made by consumers from Pig and Mouse Artworks through their Website.
About us
Pig and Mouse Artworks is operated by AJS Operating Company Ltd. Company.
Products
We take reasonable care to describe and display products accurately. Handmade and natural materials may show minor variations in colour, grain, texture, dimensions, placement or finish. Such inherent variations are not defects where the product remains consistent with its description and any sample.
Ordering and contract formation
Placing an order is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement does not necessarily mean acceptance. A binding contract is formed when we send an order acceptance or dispatch confirmation, unless the website checkout expressly states otherwise. We may reject an order for legitimate reasons, including stock errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, inability to fulfil custom requirements or delivery restrictions, or any 3rd party issue beyond our control.
Price and payment
The total price, applicable taxes and delivery charges will be shown before the customer commits to pay. Payment must be made using the methods offered at checkout, or as agreed. Optional charges will not be added without the customer's express consent.
Delivery
Delivery estimates and charges are governed by our Shipping Policy. Unless another period is agreed, goods will normally be delivered without undue delay and within the period required by applicable consumer law.
Cancellation and returns
For eligible distance sales, consumers normally have a statutory cancellation period. Important exceptions can apply, particularly to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly customized/personalised. Full details appear in our Return policy.
Faulty goods
Nothing in these Terms limits statutory rights. Goods must meet the standards required by the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including applicable requirements as to satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and correspondence with description.
Customised/Personalised goods
Customers are responsible for checking names, wording, dates, images, spellings, sizes, colours and other custom instructions before submission. We may provide a proof where stated. Once production has begun, changes may be impossible. Statutory rights concerning faulty, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied goods remain unaffected.
Liability
We do not exclude or restrict liability where it would be unlawful to do so or would be in contention with statutory consumer rights. Subject to law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made.
Events outside reasonable control
We will not be responsible for delay caused by events outside our reasonable control, but we will take reasonable steps to minimise disruption and will inform affected customers where appropriate.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the applicable law of the United Kingdom.
Website Terms of Use
These terms apply to browsing and using the website, whether or not a purchase is made.
Permitted use
The website may be used for lawful personal or business browsing. Users must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with security, scrape content in a manner that breaches rights or law, or use the site fraudulently.
Availability
We aim to keep the website available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw or change site content for maintenance, security, operational or legal reasons.
Accounts
Where accounts are offered, users must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure and tell us promptly of suspected unauthorised use.
Links
Third-party links are provided for convenience. Unless expressly stated, we do not control or endorse third-party sites and their terms and privacy practices apply separately.
Intellectual property
Website text, photographs, artwork, designs, logos, graphics and other content are protected as applicable.
Website Disclaimer
General information
Website content is provided for general product and business information. Product-specific contractual information supplied before purchase forms part of the relevant sales process as required by law.
Accuracy
We take reasonable care to keep information current but may correct typographical, technical or factual errors. We will not use this disclaimer to avoid obligations arising from information that forms part of a consumer contract.
External sites
We are not responsible for the content or availability of third-party websites merely because we link to them.
Creative content
Colours and visual appearance can vary by screen and device.
Legal rights
Nothing in this disclaimer excludes or restricts liability or consumer rights where exclusion or restriction would be unlawful.
Acceptable Use Policy
This policy applies to interactive features, accounts, reviews, uploads and communications through the Website.
Prohibited conduct
Illegal, fraudulent, threatening, abusive or defamatory activity; infringement of intellectual property or privacy; malware or security attacks; impersonation; unsolicited commercial messaging; attempts to manipulate reviews; and uploading content that the user has no right to provide.
Moderation
We may remove content, restrict accounts or report conduct where reasonably necessary for safety, legal compliance or protection of the website and its users.
Reviews
Reviews should reflect genuine experiences. Incentives, if any, must be disclosed and must not be conditional on a positive review.
Product Descriptions & Handmade Variations Policy
Arts and crafts products often have characteristics that make each item individual.
Handmade character
Small variations in colour, pattern, placement, texture, measurements and finish may arise from handmade production, natural materials, screen settings and batch differences.
Tolerance
Variations must not significantly contradict the product description or make goods legally non-conforming.
Photographs/Images
Photographs/images are illustrative of the product type unless the listing expressly states that the exact photographed item is being sold.
Care and safety
Follow product-specific care, storage, age, allergy and safety information supplied with an item.
Intellectual Property & Copyright Policy
This policy protects the creative work of Pig and Mouse Artworks and respects third-party rights.
Our content
Unless stated otherwise, original artwork, designs, photographs, product copy, graphics, branding and website content are owned by or licensed to Pig and Mouse Artworks. Purchase of a physical product does not transfer copyright or other intellectual property rights.
Permitted personal use
Customers may use purchased products for their intended personal use. Reproduction, resale of designs, commercial copying, digitisation or manufacture based on protected artwork requires permission unless the law permits otherwise.
Third-party rights
We respect third-party intellectual property. Notices concerning alleged infringement should be emailed with enough information to identify the work, complained-of material and claimant.
Customer content
Customers requesting custom reproduction must have appropriate rights or permission. We reserve the right to refuse suspected infringing material.

Shipping Policy
Shipping Policy
This policy applies to physical goods ordered from our Website.
Dispatch
Standard stock items are normally dispatched within 2 working days. Made-to-order or personalised goods are normally dispatched within 2 to 4 working days after manufacture, unless the product page states otherwise. Bespoke orders times are agreed at time of order.
Delivery options
Available delivery methods and charges are displayed before checkout. Estimates are not guaranteed unless an expressly guaranteed service is purchased.
Address accuracy
Customers should check the delivery address before completing the order and contact us immediately if an error is discovered. Changes cannot be guaranteed after processing or dispatch.
Risk
For consumer sales, responsibility for the goods passes in accordance with applicable law, generally when the consumer or a person identified by them takes physical possession, subject to legal exceptions.
Delays and loss
If an order is delayed or appears lost, contact us by email. We will then investigate with the carrier and provide the remedies required by law.
International orders
We only ship within the UK, unless by prior agreement. Please Contact us for outside UK deliveries.
Version 1.0 (21st August 2026)
Return Policy
Return Policy
We want customers to understand both statutory rights and any additional goodwill return rights offered by Pig and Mouse Artworks.
Change-of-mind returns
Eligible consumers who buy online may cancel within the statutory cancellation period.
Return condition
Where a statutory change-of-mind right applies, consumers may inspect goods as they reasonably could in a shop. A deduction may be made where permitted by law for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Return costs
For change-of-mind returns, customer pays the direct return cost, provided the customer was properly informed before purchase. We pay/refund reasonable return costs where required for faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrect goods.
Refunds
Approved refunds are made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed and will be processed within the time required by law.
Exclusions
Statutory cancellation exceptions may include goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly customized/personalised, and certain sealed goods where applicable. These exceptions do not remove rights where goods are faulty, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming.
Consumer Right to Cancel / Cooling-Off Policy
This policy summarises cancellation rights for eligible UK distance contracts for goods.
Cancellation period
For eligible goods, a consumer normally has 14 days after receiving the goods to tell us that they wish to cancel unopened/unused goods, subject to statutory rules on when the period begins.
How to cancel
Send a clear statement to ceo@AJSOpCo.com identifying the order.
Returning goods
After notifying us of cancellation, return the goods without undue delay and within the statutory return period. Send them to the return address as advised by us when processing the return.
Personalised exception
The change-of-mind cancellation right generally does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly customized/personalised. It may still apply to ordinary stock items merely selected from standard options, depending on the circumstances. Statutory remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods remain.
Bespoke, Personalised & Made-to-Order Goods Policy
This policy applies where goods are specially created, altered or customized/personalised for a customer.
Customer instructions
Customers must supply complete and accurate customisation details. We reproduce wording, dates and other instructions as supplied unless correction has been expressly agreed.
Proofs
Where a digital or physical proof is offered, production will begin after approval or after the process stated on the product page. Approval confirms the customer has checked the requested layout, spelling and details.
Changes
Requests to change or cancel should be made immediately. We will try to assist, but once materials have been committed or production has started a change may not be possible.
Cancellation rights
Goods genuinely made to the customer's specifications or clearly customized/personalised are generally excluded from the statutory change-of-mind cancellation right. This does not affect remedies where the goods are faulty, not as described or do not conform to the contract.
Customer-supplied content
The customer confirms they have the right to supply any text, image, logo or other material requested for reproduction and that its use will not unlawfully infringe another person's rights. We may refuse content that appears unlawful, infringing, hateful, defamatory or otherwise inappropriate.
Faulty, Damaged & Incorrect Goods Policy
This policy explains what to do if an order arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or materially not as described.
Report the problem
Contact us by email promptly with the order number, a description of the issue and, where reasonably helpful, photographs. A photograph is not a condition of exercising statutory rights where it would be unreasonable to require one.
Consumer rights
Consumer remedies depend on the circumstances and timing and may include rejection, repair, replacement, price reduction or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We will not use this policy to restrict those rights.
Transit damage
Keep packaging where practicable while we investigate transit damage. We may arrange return, replacement or another appropriate remedy.
Incorrect personalisation by us
If we make an error against the customisation instructions accepted with the order, contact us so that we can provide an appropriate remedy.
Customer errors
If an item accurately reflects information supplied or a proof approved by the customer, it will not normally be treated as faulty merely because the customer later wishes the information had been different.
