We take great pride in crafting our handmade candles with care and attention to detail. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged.
Returns for Damaged Items Only:
If your candle arrives damaged, we are happy to offer a replacement or refund under the following conditions:
✔ The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
✔ Clear photo proof of the damaged item and packaging is provided.
✔ The item is unused and in its original packaging.
Once we receive and review your claim, we will process your refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items:
Since our candles are handmade or made to order, we cannot accept returns or refunds for:
❌ Slight variations in color, design, or texture (as each candle is uniquely crafted).
❌ Candles that have been used or burned.
Please note that we also do not accept returns for change of mind or personal scent preference. We do our best to provide detailed scent descriptions and high-quality images so you can choose with confidence.
