Every item is handcrafted with care, making each piece as unique as the person who buys it. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.
Handmade & Unique Items
All products are handmade using natural materials. As a result, colours, wood grain, textures, finishes, and other details may vary slightly from the photographs shown. Materials may occasionally differ depending on availability. These natural variations are part of the character of handmade products and are not considered defects.
Made-to-Order & Bespoke Items
Custom, personalised, and made-to-order items are created specifically for you.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before work begins.
The deposit covers materials, preparation, and work already undertaken.
Once production has started, the deposit cannot be refunded if the order is cancelled.
Any remaining balance must be paid before dispatch unless otherwise agreed.
Customer Responsibilities
Please ensure that all personalisation details, spellings, measurements, delivery addresses, and other information provided are accurate. We cannot accept responsibility for errors resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.
Product Care
Where applicable, care instructions will be provided. We cannot be held responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper storage, accidental damage, alterations after purchase, or normal wear and tear.

As each item is handcrafted, processing times can vary depending on the product, level of customisation, material availability, and current order volumes. Estimated dispatch dates will be provided wherever possible.
Shipping Costs
We aim to keep postage fair and accurate. Shipping costs are calculated individually for each item because the size, weight, and packaging requirements of handmade products can vary. This helps ensure you only pay the actual cost of delivery and are not overcharged. Combined postage may be available for multiple purchases where practical.
Delivery
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is the responsibility of the courier or postal service. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but cannot be guaranteed, and we cannot be held responsible for delays outside our control, including courier issues, adverse weather, or postal disruption.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct and that a safe, secure location is available for delivery.
Lost Parcels
If you believe your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will be happy to assist in raising an enquiry with the delivery provider and help resolve the issue where possible.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Handmade Variations
As every item is individually handcrafted, slight variations in colour, material, grain pattern, texture, and finish are to be expected. These natural differences are part of the unique character of handmade products and do not constitute a fault.
Personalised & Bespoke Orders
Personalised, custom-made, and made-to-order items are created specifically to your requirements and are generally non-returnable and non-refundable if you change your mind, no longer require the item, or the finished product varies slightly from photographs due to its handmade nature.
Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. If a product is faulty, not as described, or otherwise fails to meet legal standards, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
