My name is Lyndsey, I’m 45 yrs old, short and fat, and I’m a mum of 4 children with a disabled and terminally ill army veteran husband. I work full time as a SHEQ Administrator at Cawleys, based in Luton, Bedfordshire and I’m currently studying my NEBOSH certificate. I craft as a relaxing hobby primarily, and because I find joy in creating! And it is a very nice way to de stress! My home is a peaceful one most of the time and my workshop is a smoke & pet free environment.

Terms and Conditions
No goods will be despatched without clear payment in full. Bespoke orders may require multiple correspondence to ensure the customers requirements are understood and agreed upon, a quotation will be generated to include materials, craftmanship and shipping of which a deposit to cover the raw materials will need to be paid. A delivery expectation date will be set. Full payment for the bespoke item will be required before it is shipped.
Shipping Policy
All orders will be shipped within 3 working days after payment is received, with the exception of bespoke orders that will have a pre agreed shipment date with the client. All orders over £25 will qualify for FREE shipping. All items will be posted with Royal Mail First Class.
Return Policy
All my items are hand made or assembled and therefore may carry minute flaws. Should an item arrive and be faulty, damaged, and/or rendered un usable, you will be able to return the item and choose either a replacement if available or alternative item or if necessary a refund will be issued promptly. You may be asked to provide evidence by way of photographs/video to validate the complaint.
