Handmade products
All of our products are handmade with care. As they are handmade, small variations in colour, size, shape and appearance may occur. These are natural characteristics of handmade products and are not considered faults.
Where a product is described as a one-off, the exact item shown may be the item you receive.
Product descriptions
We make every effort to ensure that photographs and descriptions accurately represent our products. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.
Orders
Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully received.
Please check your delivery details carefully before completing your order. We cannot be responsible for an item being sent to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
Custom and personalised orders
Where we agree to make a product specifically to your requirements, including personalised or bespoke items, these are made especially for you and may not be eligible for cancellation or return simply because you have changed your mind.
We will always discuss custom requirements with you before work begins.
Returns and refunds
Because our products are handmade, we ask customers to choose carefully before purchasing.
For standard, non-personalised items purchased online, your statutory consumer cancellation rights still apply where applicable. Customers may have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving their order.
Personalised or genuinely bespoke items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, but this does not affect your legal rights if an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise does not meet your statutory consumer rights.
If you believe your item is faulty or there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible with details and photographs where appropriate so that we can resolve the issue.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Liability
We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, incorrect care, accidental damage or normal wear and tear.
Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to update these terms from time to time. The terms applying to your order will be those in place when your order is placed.
