Hi I'm Debbie and I own Paper Elf Cards. I am an enthusiastic crafter and love to make cards. I also crotchet and paint. I have been making cards for about 4 years now and love it. I am delighted when someone buys a card from me. I can make personalised and bespoke cards. If you drop me a message I am happy to accommodate your custom card request.
